EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, no questions asked. Weekends and public holidays are included in this window. To exercise this right, contact us at [your email] before the window expires. Once we confirm your return request, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Returns — All Customers
- Return window: 14 days from delivery (EU minimum; we honour this globally)
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

- Cancellations: You may cancel your order any time before it is fulfilled
Non-Returnable Items As a print-on-demand store, all products are made to order. We cannot accept returns due to change of mind outside the EU withdrawal window. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no return required.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
